Mission:

Our mission is to foster an inclusive environment where actors and artists from diverse backgrounds can connect and collaborate in a culturally sensitive manner. We aim to facilitate the sharing of their work and personal journeys, thereby fostering greater awareness of the social dynamics within their own cultures and roots. Through this, we strive to cultivate critical thinking skills that enhance their work in their respective fields.

Our Philosophy

‘The Art Workers’ is built on the belief that life exists in relationships and in conversations in a material world. So, we celebrate life and humanity and differences between people in the work that evolves out of the process. We aim for people who can work across cultures and any other kind of boundaries, we believe that this will unleash the immense potential of the artists and mostly this will make us more Human.

Central to our ethos is the philosophy of Interculturality, a guiding principle that shapes every aspect of our training. We firmly believe in the transformative power of theatre, which has the remarkable ability to transcend cultural boundaries. Our overarching aim is to craft narratives that resonate on a global scale and to cultivate inclusivity irrespective of one's background. This philosophy underscores not only our creative endeavours but also our commitment to fostering understanding, empathy, and unity among diverse communities.
